Our heavenly father saw fit to call Mother Ada DeLoach from this earth to a better place. Her passing reminds us that life is uncertain, but death is sure. Ada was the daughter of the late Elijah and Lillie Jackson Deloach. She was born April 7, 1919 in the Manchester Community.
Ada was a resident of Arkadelphia and later moved to St. Anne, Illinois. Mother DeLoach was a member and oldest mother at Will Memorial Temple COGIC in St. Anne, Illinois. She was a homemaker.
On Sunday, November 18, 2007 at 11:41 p.m., after 88 seasons, Mother Deloach surrender her soul to Christ and was welcomed by her brother Gail, who transitioned just 12 minutes earlier.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother.
God leaves to celebrate the life of Mother DeLoach: one aunt, Eloise Jones of Arkadelphia, AR; several neices, newphews, great-neices, great-nephews, cousins, other relatives and the Will Memorial Temple COGIC family.
Mother DeLoach will lie in state at Williams Funeral Home, 1517 Caddo, on Monday, November 26, 2007, from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and the family will greet friends & share the Images of Life DVD from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The Committal Service & Final Resting Place will be in Piney Grove Cemetery, Arkadelphia, Arkansas on Tuesday, November 27, 2007. Mother DeLoach will be buried next to her brother Gail.
