Ethel Faye Wilson-Robinson

Ethel Faye Wilson Robinson was born on September 13, 1949 in Arkadelphia, Arkansas to Vacie Ree and Lee Grant Wilson. She attended Peake High School and completed her education at Milwaukee Area Technical College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She married Ollie Joe Robinson, Sr. on November 3, 1966 and to this union four beautiful children were born. Ethel Faye was a devoted Christian and loved the Lord. She cherished life, her children and grandchildren. She maintained her faith through her illness. She was preceded in her passing by her parents, brothers, William L. Wilson and John Dale Wilson and sisters, Helen L. Foster and Charlene Williams. Ethel passed into the Lord's embrace on Tuesday, November 11, 2014. She leaves her children Melanie Lewis, Bryant Robinson, Sharon Golden, all of Arkadelphia and Raydale Robinson of Antioch, CA; her sister, Peggy Delamar of Oakland, CA; her brothers, Charles Wilson of Portland, OR, Billy E. Wilson, Larry Wilson and Rupert Wilson all of Arkadelphia; twenty-two grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 16, 2014 at the funeral home 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. A service celebrating the life of Ms. Robinson will be held Monday, November 17, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Rev. Llewellyn Terry, Sr., pastor and officiant. Interment in Gum Springs Cemetery.
