Darryl Leonard Seabrooks

Darryl Seabrooks was born in Los Angeles, California on May 26, 1963 to David and Florence Seabrooks.

He attended school in Pomona, California and was a 1981 graduate of Garey High School. He worked as a warehouse man for several years. Darryl later returned to school and became the senior maintenance technician. He also worked as a computer technician in Silicon Valley, California.

Darryl had numerous hobbies that included; playing dominoes, and various card games. He loved all types of foods and was always on the look out for the next restaurant. He never met a stranger and had many, many friends. Those who knew him were drawn to his friendly disposition and inviting smile.

He welcomed into the world his first child, Dywanna Nicole (Michael) Seabrooks Spencer and three grandchildren, K’yana Nycole Spencer, K’lani Danae’ Spencer and Kimora Lanae’ Spencer.

He was married to Debra Lynn Hearn Seabrooks from 1987-1997 and they were blessed with three children, Desirea Lynnette Seabrooks, David Leonard Seabrooks and Dominique Lawrence Seabrooks; three grandchildren, Destinee Amaya Seabrooks Roberson, Jayden Dwayne Seabrooks Roberson and Dayton Lawrence Seabrooks.

He later married Deborah Marie Hunley Seabrooks and to this union two children were born, Britney Nicole Simpson and Darryl Leonard Seabrooks, Jr.

Later in life he developed an interest in traveling and visiting other cities, historical landmarks and taking cruises. He moved to Arkadelphia at the suggestion of friends and enjoyed southern living.

Darryl passed from this life on Friday, July 5, 2019 at CHI St. Vincent Hospital in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Florence Seabrooks and brother, Roger Seabrooks.

At his request he was cremated and now eternally rests. Cremation services were provided by Williams Funeral Home.
