Timothy Alan Means, Sr., was born to Thurman Means and Charlene Baker Means on December 9, 1964, in Malvern, Arkansas.
He received the best gift ever when he married his wife, Pam McClure on his birthday on December 9, 2016. He was a member of Mt. Friendship Baptist Church in Curtis. Tim was a hard worker and a great provider for his family. He worked as a millwright supervisor; a career that spanned for over 30 years with West Frazier in Leola.
Tim made friends wherever he went and always tried to encourage those around him. He was a simple man who enjoyed the simple pleasures that life offered. His favorite musician and artist were Prince. He enjoyed listening to the blues and was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who would do anything for his family. He will be dearly missed by his loving family.
His greatest joy was flying RC airplanes regularly. HE would spend countless hours flying, repairing, and tweaking his planes. He made major investments in his aircraft and took to pride in his skills. He was a member of the Arkadelphia Prop Twisters. As a member, he was able to share his enthusiasm and talk to people who understand his passion. He often gave one-to-one instruction and helped others with building, setting up their planes, and flying.
Tim passed from this life on November 30, 2021, at Baptist Health Medical Center in Arkadelphia. He was preceded in death by his mother, Charlene Moore; his father, Thurman Means; son, Cornelius Means; brother, Terry Means; father-in-law, Leo McClure, Jr.; sister-in-law, Jackie Goshen, and stepfather, Joe Moore.
