Ronny R. Elliott

Ronny R. Elliott was born on June 30, 1953 in Camden, Arkansas to Louie and Marcelene Jones Elliott.

He was a member of Mt. Gillard Baptist Church and a 1971 graduate of Lafayette High School. Shortly after high school he attended trade school in Hot Springs and studied lawn mower maintenance. He worked as a pulp- wood hauler and tired his best at fishing. He was an avid pool player.  

He took pleasures in the simple things that life offered. He loved his family and made friends easily. Ronnie passed on Thursday, September 24, 2020 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Marcelene Elliott.

He leaves five sisters; Florida Elliott of Camden, AR, Carolyn (Walter) Anderson of Camden, AR, Kathy (Luther) Wilson of Chidester, AR, Sandra (Elder Earl) Green of Camden, AR and Wanda (Johnny) Crawford of Camden, AR; one brother, Willie Clyde Elliott of Little Rock; an aunt, Evelyn Bradley of Buffalo, NY and an uncle, Roy Elliott, Sr., of Little Rock, AR. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Public visitation will be Friday, October 2, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home Van Buren. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at Patton Cemetery with Rev. Roy Elliott, Jr., eulogist.
